We all love Ellen; hardly are you going to find her haters. Nearly everyone just loves the Ellen DeGeneres show. Every single segment of her show is absolutely designed to raise the level of fun. And giving gifts to everyone is what makes her show special. A few years ago, Oprah Winfrey was able to set all the standards high everywhere by giving a free car to all of the people on the show. That is if you forget the $7,000 in taxes each recipient had to pay. But Ellen had a very interesting and rather a next level idea in her mind lately.
With her recent gesture as a gift, Ellen has clearly made a lot of people, families and their futures happy and prosperous with a single shot. With the help of the financial backing by the ever amazing brand, Walmart, she was able to surprise a total 41 high school seniors at the Brooklyn’s Summit Academy with a 4-year long scholarship, and that too with a vast option for any state university in New York. All of the seniors who got this amazing opportunity were stunned and were extremely happy with the award. One of the students said, “College is the goal that I’ve had my entire life and now it’s going to happen,” he further included. “It’s going to happen and I thank Summit for that.” There were two administrators of the school these seniors came from and they both received $25,000 each for their appreciation as they worked under such tough situations. Ellen has already invited next year’s seniors by the show suggesting that they might gift them the same opportunity.
